Provided by YPmobileAll we can say is WOW with the level of customer service we have received from comfort masters!! We called them in the evening and were there as soon as they could be there and the owner came out himself because he didn't want to keep us waiting! He was very patient with us and answered all our questions never rushing us! Then he gave us a fantastic deal on his service call that day... And then he came back out the next day when the unit had froze over, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!! In a time when all these companies are trying to gouge you for everything, Jack at Comfort Masters never took advantage of us, and was more than fair in pricing!! Provided by YP.comI recently changed HVAC companies, and chose to give Comfort Masters a shot. I can say this: The technician they sent out was very professional, the diagnosis on our a/c unit was what I expected, we needed Freon, we have had to add a little each cooling season. What blew me away was the cheap price Comfort Masters gave me compared to our old HVAC company. We paid $80 per pound for Freon from our old service company, Comfort Masters only charged us $50 per pound installed AND gave us the first pound free. Yes, I would recommend.

I had another company out last week that said I needed a new compressor for $1500, but I decided to get a second opinion and chose Comfort Masters, well they got me up and running by just replacing a small part...saving me $1000 over what the other guys wanted and they guranteed it!
