Love the Comfort! I had a new forced air furnace and a/c compressor installed on 10/22/10. As a boiler mechanic, I have to say they did a clean and very professional job. They were on time and promised to stay late to gaurantee heat. They did as promised. I had them install a humidifier and dehumidifier along with my Carrier Infinity ICS and the new Edge thermostat. I couldn't be happier. The humidifier really helps me sleep better. I don't wake up with dry sinuses anymore. I am not sneezing around the house either. There was one room that never got warm from my old system, it sure as hell does now!. I cant wait for the summer to experience the A/C. Thanks to Ken and Dave for doing the right thing.

Great Job! We recently had our aging air conditioning and heating system replaced by Comfort Solutions and we are extremely satisfied. They responded quickly to diagnose our problems and gave us a number of well-explained proposals to address them. They completed the work in a timely (and neat) fashion and everyone involved was extremely professional. Our new system is a huge improvement over the old one. Very well done - Thanks Ken Our fan that distributes the hot and cold air throughout the house stopped working. We called Comfort Solutions who we found on Google. We spoke to Mike who sent Ken the day after we called. After inspecting our system Ken found out that the control board was broken. Ken ordered the part and told us that he would be able to install it the next day. In the afternoon of the same day he gave us a call and mentioned that he would be able to install it the same day, which was great as the temperature outside was in the 90's. After installing the control board, Ken inspected all our vents and was able to diagnose a stuck damper and open it up so the airflow throughout our house greatly improved. All in all, we were very satisfied with Ken's professional approach and the way he helped us. Would highly recommend this company!

Beyond My Expectations !!! The new furnace and zoning system Ken put in my home went beyond what I expected. Ken and his crew did a very professional and thorough job. Had furnace stop putting out hot air recently during the evening. Looked on Google for someone in the Stewartsville area and Comfort Solutions was first to come up. They have a very impressive 5 out of 5 stars and it is well deserved. Mike was able to get here in a matter of minutes, diagnose the problem (faulty ignition source) and fix it quickly. I would recommend them highly. Also, there is a $30 off google coupon available which he applied to the service trip. I am very thankful there was someone as experienced as Mike and Comfort Solutions available to help us when we needed it most! Will definitely call again for routine heating and air conditioning service.

Dependability and Integrity combined with the latest industry expertise is the professional combination at Comfort Solutions! This team is detail oriented, that was my main requirement in my search for a new HVAC system. I wanted to replace my 25 year old oil burner with the a dependable, economical and easy to manage system. I wanted the new unit in a different location and the ductwork reworked seeking improved airflow. They recommended a Carrier high-efficiency natural gas hybrid (w/heat-pump) system and redesigned the ductwork to my satisfaction. Mike Kopp and his team explained all specifications and benefits of the new system simply and succinctly. They even coached me through the connectivity steps with the my new gas service. Great company, great service! Comfort Solutions representatives were prompt, efficient, courteous and professional. A real pleasure to work with. The job was started and finished exactly on schedule, with no mess left in the house at all. They were careful to design a system that would work with the unusual layout of our house and we now, for the first time, have even heat throughout our home. We would certainly recommend them!

A big thanks to the Comfort Solutions team. Professional and top notch starting with the hands on owners to their employees. We needed to have a new AC unit/heat pump installed as well as all new duct work. They explained the problems and solutions in depth. We had 3 meetings with them prior to giving them the job! They started when they said they would and completed the job on schedule and budget. They were on time every morning, cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the work they were doing daily. These are not your cookie cutter "repair guys". If your looking for exceptional work and professionalism these are your guys.

Mike, Ken and Dave replaced our old HVAC system with a new Carrier system and zoned our 1st and 2nd floors. The workmanship was impeccable. The materials are 1st rate. They did this work in a timely and neat manner. It is a much more efficient system as reflected in our power bills. Professional, Responsive and Polite! We severed a fuse to the AC outside our house while putting up a fence. It was Friday evening and I called Comfort Solutions. Kyle answered and explained the fees up front and got back to me right away about getting someone out to the house. Ken came Saturday morning and had us up and running again in an hour. He was so polite and friendly -- he treated us like a neighbor! Thanks again Ken and Kyle for your speedy and very reasonably priced help!

Our air conditioning stopped working tonight and I went on yp.com and found Ken at Comfort Solutions. I got an answering service when I called (it was after 7:00) Ken called me within 10 minutes. He made it here quickly and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, even though I know my system is like 25 years old. He repaired it and gave me a very reasonable price. I would recommend them to anyone that needs repairs made or a new system. You will be treated fairly and they are extremely professional. (he even wore the little covers on his shoes).
