This company will not stand by their service work. Five days after servicing a forced air heating a/c unit it still does not work properly. Called the company and they will not send out another technician to review the first technician’s work. Unit still not blowing cold air and refrigerant lines are freezing up. Also, condensation drain lines are clogged. Not sure how the tech thought the work they were doing was cleaning and tuning up the unit.

After multiple calls and two personal visits over a 2 year period, we scheduled an appointment to repair what was originally an error on the installation of a new unit. It was installed below grade (1 foot) which allows rain and dirt to penetrate the unit. I was told that it would cost me labor and materials to raise the unit. I told them this was unacceptable. I could have fixed this with another firm two years ago.. This is not customer service and I will find another firm to resolve the issue.

This is a very unconcerned company!!

I have called them 4 times in 2 days and

still have not gotten anyone to check our

heat. They came out about 8 months ago

about our air conditioning. Ever since then

we have had a problem with our unit

freezing up which had never happened

before. I will not refer or recommend

this company to anyone so BEWARE!!
