Skilled workers/professionals NOT! When you spend your hard earned money to buy your first dream home you expect it to be the apple of your eye. The workmanship within our home was a rotten apple. Had we had any idea of these issues prior to purchasing our home we would have never ordered from Commodore. We have learned from word and mouth numerous other purchasers of Commodore Homes about the poor workmanship. Whom ever is in charge of overseeing the product before it leaves the production line had better get their acts together. The 45 angles on all our trim work did not line up, trim base board that was nailed on and split was sent split instead of the skilled worker replacing it before it left, chalking is horrible. I have many pictures to share that backs up my complaints!
