They recently got a new doctor and almost all new staff. The office is 100% better with the new crew

My girls and I went here for a while but switched and we decided to come back. They have a very friendly and almost all new staff! Only a short wait time and an overall much happier place to be! The new doctor is great. Very happy with my decision to come back and wouldn't want to take my kids anywhere else

Very bad customer service. I took my Dad there because of his blood pressure was high. We were worried that he has some heart issues. The PA checked and told me that the staff will make an appointment with a heart center for him immediately. The sooner is better. Called back next day for status, they have not schedule yet. Called back the day after, they still not schedule yet. Called again the 3rd time, and still no answer. Really upset.



PS: The providers are very nice and helpful specially Ben. Not sure about the assistants since they don't do their job.

Horrible. Missing labs, bad customer service.

I'm thrilled!



My family physician move out of the country. I could not get an appointment for months with physicians. Commonwealth is a no appointment needed office with great hours. Best of all the providers and staff are very competent. I too have found my new family doctor. J Brown
