I've been waiting for 3 weeks for Complete Comfort to come install a built in heating and air conditioning unit that got struck by lightning. They took more then 3 days to even come look at the unit and then after 2 more days they came back to measure the unit again. We thought they were going to order the new unit on a wednesday (a full week after it went out) and were told they only get parts in on Wednesdays and Fridays. Friday came and went with no word from them, and then the next Wednesday came (start of week 3) again with not even so much as a phone call. On Thursday we called them and no one seemed to know anything about our situation. That night we got a call finally from them to let us know that the new unit had never been ordered and that they were sorry and would have a unit for us on Monday or Tuesday. Well it's monday now and after 2 trips to their business and multiple phone calls they told us that they thought the unit would ship today or tomorrow but it wouldn't be here before Thursday (beginning of week FOUR!). Furthermore we have asked to speak with complete comforts owner 'Marty, but he is completely abscent and has yet to return a call himself. Fact is no one at Complete Comfort has any idea what anyone else is doing. They have no costumer service, and at this point I doubt their ability to actually do anything remotely related heating and air conditioning. Allowing this problem to persist for 3 weeks (and more likely for a month) is completely and totally UNACCEPTABLE. If you have heating and air conditioning needs look in Owensboro, Centeral City, or Bowling Green but stay away from Complete Comfort unless you like to feel Complete-ly disrespected (they can't return phone calls) and Complete-ly ignored. Bad company. Take your business elsewhere
