Watch out for a scam on this one!!!! They will send service charges for work when all you requested was an estimate. They blame the miscommunication on you and leave you with the bill. As I was told by the owner "They have the luxury to pick their clients" so it doesn't matter what I requested and had to pay. Buyer beware!! you may have to pay for a service call when estimate was requested. Their idea for the service request was sending a tech to tell me its a "big job" and I need and estimate which I clearly requested but never received prior to the techs arrival. After they told me that it took 2 weeks to clearly get a pricing which was significantly higher than all their competitors and flooded with unneeded work to accomplish the task. There are plenty of other plumbers I would never use this company again!
