Be warned, this used to be Pools by Ike. For all those who had problems with Pools by Ike and were left high and dry, please avoid Complete Pools.



Pools by Ike had no customer contact after they received their final check after pool completion. They refused to acknowledge promised services per contract, used shoddy contractors for fencing, tile, brickwork, and digging. Used bratty nephew to 'maintain' pools who had no concept of proper chemicals. Had rude daughter as receptionist who rarely answered phone. Father, son, daughter, brother, and nephew. All jobs were handouts and it showed.



Son took over business and ran into ground within a year. Once debts were 'cleared up', out he comes with another company. I wish he would come to clear up my unfinished pool.



You've seen the signs around town. Why would you want to invite that into your backyard.



Shame on you Ike Sr and Jr (and family) for trying to dupe us again.

Well I left 5 voicemails with no return calls. I later find out it's the former Pools by Ike family. There is a reason they went out of business, terrible customer service.



How to improve? Serve your possible customers.
