First, the appraiser totally forgot our appointment. He showed up over 6 hours late! The contracted appointment was for a one-day job with a crew of 5 with a cost close to $2,000. The crew showed late and one man short. Of course, it was the man who could climb the tree without a bucket truck. There was no advance phone call to make sure I would be available for a second day! They just assumed I would be more than happy to cancel all of my appointments to allow the 5th man an extra day to complete his part of the job. Then, the job was left incomplete!! According to the contract, the wood was supposed to be cut into "fireplace sized" logs and stacked. I had piles (not stacks) that contained huge pieces of trunk that I could not even move, much less get into a fireplace. I asked a few friends for help. They did not have a chainsaw big enough to cut the pieces! It cost another $200 to clean up the mess left by this company.

The team came on time. The owner had excellent knowledge of all the trees and schrubs in my yard. I appreciate his recommendations as to what to do with them. They did a great job and there was no mess left behind. I would highly recommend them
