I have used this wrecker service several times, and each time I have used them, my experience has been bad. The business I work at has some sort of contract where we use them to tow cars from our parking lot, and if it weren't for that contract, I would NEVER request their service again.



The first time I used them, the tow truck driver left a scratch and a dent down the side of the Explorer that was parked next to the car they were towing. This dent and scratch ran across the vehicle from the drivers door to the back brake light. When the owners returned the their car (the Explorer), they called the towing company and the driver refused to except responsibility for the damage he caused.



The second time I used them, they came and towed one car and never showed back up to finish towing the rest of the cars they were supposed to tow. I called repeatedly to find out where they were and could not get anyone on the phone.



The last time I used them (last night), I called around 10pm to have a single car towed and was told a driver would be there in 30 minutes. By 11 o'clock, no one was there, and I was ready to go home. I tried calling to see how much longer it would be, and I was told the driver was on his way. (Keep in mind the towing company and my work are both located in Marietta.) By midnight I was fed up. I called once more, and when no one answered I finally left work to go home. This morning, my boss called me, and that same car was still parked in our lot. The towing company never showed! There was never any call to me to let me know they weren't going to show up! I am peeved! I waited two hours for these people to show, and I'm just thankful I didn't wait around any longer.
