Provided by YP.comWhat a fantastic experience! I was amazed at how quickly they were able to check out my computer. I had taken it to another repair shop, only to be told after 2 weeks that they didn't know how to fix it. Luckily, with The Computer Crew, that wasn't the case. When I called to see if I needed to make an appointment, the lady on the other end of the phone was very helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. I was treated with courtesy and respect from the moment I walked into their door. The technician that worked on my computer was thorough and let me know what was going on. There weren't any undisclosed charges, I felt in total control. I will be using this company for all of my computer problems and would recommend them to anyone I meet.

Provided by YP.comDid not tell me about their 30 day policy. If you do not pick up your item within 30 days, IT BECOMES THEIRS.
Brought them a laptop that wasn't powering on, they told me it was the Hard Drive, I'm no expert, but I don't think the Hard Drive would effect it powering on/off. Got a call from them asking if I wanted it fixed for around $340. I said no and that I would be by to pick it up. When I got there, they said it wasn't put back together yet and somebody would call me. They never called and when I finally just went up there on my own accord, I was informed that it had been over 30 days and my laptop was now their property. STAY AWAY if you don't want your property stolen.
On top of that , they were very rude about it, the worst was their so-called manager, she was very un-professional and frankly didn't care that The Computer Crew STOLE MY LAPTOP. Please read the other reviews about this business and see that this is not an isolated incident. They don't deserve your business, please go elsewhere.

Provided by YP.comIf you value your machine do not under any circumstances use this company. Within hours of the serviceman finishing work on my computer I had crashes and internet connection problems. When I asked them to take a second look, I was informed that there could not possibly be any problems and if I wanted them to revisit my computer it would be treated as a full priced assessment. Terrible experience.

Provided by YP.comI am so thankful for the knowledgeable staff that actually got it right the first time! I have taken my computer to other local repair shops only to be left without it for weeks and my problem not getting fixed. I was pleased with the cost of my repair and the time the staff took with me to explain all the details. They had me back up and running in about a days time. Thank you!
