I wanted to upgrade the operating system on my Dell computer from XP to Windows 7. I tried to install the program but got stuck. I called Geek Choice and the Tech did the update and also set me up with virus protection to stop the viruses.

GEEK choice came to the rescue yesterday when my monitor suddenly stopped showing anything. Being an at-home worker, it was rather important that that problem was rectified in a timely manner. My sister has used them before and I decided in a pinch I'd call them. I think I'll call them more often however, they were super friendly and knowledgeable. P.S. Don't have a monitor cable running under your chair, even if it is under a chair mat :(

Getting good PC help in this day and age is getting difficult. There are places o' plenty but no one as flexible as Geek Choice. I am at work all day, and at the same time I am uncomfortable leaving my computer somewhere out of my control. Geek Choice helps me over the phone or in person at home. They are the best!

I called Geek Choice in the morning and they had a Technician out in the afternoon to set up my computer.

I don’t know anything about computers, except how to turn them on and read my email. As basic as that sounds, it’s the only way for me to stay in touch with a son who’s over in Afghanistan. Geek Choice earned a spot in my phone for all of the help their technician provided.

I use Geek Choice for computer service, family of 4, kids use games and web, can't get by without the geeks.
