Excellent service! You need a basic knowledge of what you need and the risks involved when leaving your computer. You cannot hand them an outdated old piece of junk computer and expect miracles. Diagnosed the problem with the old terminal, put all my data on my external HDD, should have all my business data recovered tomorrow.

I would NOT recommend Computer Masters to my worst enemy!!! Back in October we took our family computer in to be fixed and they erased our hard drive with out our consent, I lost all of my music and most importantly all of my family pics. We than gave them back the computer so they could recover what was lost, this took 3 months!!!! Now we have to go through files to look for what they erased (this will take a whole weekend) I can say that Steve is good guy and did give me a refund on the labor but the rest of the employees need to work on their customer service skills!!!!!
