I read the review that someone wrote here and know that can't be the truth and probably just a competitor that wants to keep people from calling him. He's been in busines for over 20 Years and has many trusted and loyal customers. He has worked on my computers and has always been honest and straight forward and has saved all of my data that others could not.

I called Dale to fix my computer after it detected some viruses that emsisoft would not remove with the freeware he had installed. My computer was functioning but I thought the software needed to be converted to the emsisoft subscription service to remove the virus. After spending about 30 minutes working in my home and telling me I needed to replace my modem, he took my desktop computer with him to repair the problem. I then went to Comcast and replaced my modem. When Dale returned the next day, he reconnected my computer. Fifteen minutes later he showed me a message saying that the computer was going to restore my computer to the original factory application. Due to time constraints on my time, he needed to leave, but before he left, he told me my bill was $360. Whatever he did, it resulted in wiping all files and software applications from my computer. Later that night, I reinstalled my software and restored my files that I had backed up on an external device. The next day, Dale returned. He now said my router was bad and replaced it. He again wiped my computer clean of all my software applications and all my files. He told me my year old computer had a "infected" hard drive that needed to be replaced and despite it being under warranty, he should replace it. I told him to get out of my house. His expertise cost me all my files since my last back-up date as well as $680 for 4 hours of his "work." DO NOT USE THIS TECHNICIAN. Lessons I learned from this experience: 1) back up all files before allowing any one to work on your computer. 2) when someone tells you first need a new modem, then a new router and then a new hard drive on a year old computer, you need a new technician. I wish I could give a negative star rating.
