Provided by YP.comMy Dell computer crashed and I needed it back up fast. I was getting the blue screen of death! I called other companies, but I didn't have a good feeling about them. When I called computer assistant they were professional, helpful, and able to get a tech out to my place the same day. The technician was extremely smart, fast, and made me feel comfortable. I'm very happy with the service I received from computer assistant and will use them again for all of my computer repair needs.

I challenge this reviewer. We have the best pros in the business and our model allows us to charge rates are very reasonable which is always is a big challenge to our competition. We have been in business since 2002 now have a network of over 10,000 technicians with a wide variety of skills and qualifications to meet our client needs for remote and on site computer support. We manually assign EVERY JOB after a thorough review of technical skills required.

Provided by YP.comKevin was great. I am a student taking online classes, so my computer is vital to me. I was in a panic about the problem that I was having and how it was causing me to get behind in my work. Kevin came the day after I made the call and had it fixed quickly. He explained to me what he was doing and why, which I really liked. He came prepared and was very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to have Kevin come to my house again if situation required it.

Provided by YP.comIf I ever need to use you again, I would like Mark but also would be interested if the other techs you have are as good. I was VERY pleased with Mark. He fixed my Microsoft Outlook email issue and found spyware that he removed over our office network. If you need network help this is your man! He makes a very good impression for your company. Would not have changed a thing about my experience!

Provided by YP.comI have used Computer Assistant to help us find techs all over the country. We started with just a single call and placed a small deposit when we needed a tech in our Cincinnati office to handle a network problem. I liked the service so much we now use them all over the country and in Canada to solve problems that our IT and computer technical support staff cannot handle over the phone. They are always available by telephone and email to handle our questions. I highly reccomend them.

Provided by YP.comComputer Asst. was terrific. I made my request by email promptly ( within 30 minutes)got a phone call to set up an appointment. The technician who came was timely (a rarity nowadays), polite and very computer savvy. He knew within 5 minutes what was wrong with my system and in an hour all was fixed.In addition he fixed the security suite on the system and gave me some tips to save money in the future. I wished I had used Computer Asst. first before spending $400 on two different well known companies who did not fix the issue.
I would recommend Computer Asst. without any hesitation to anyone!!

Provided by YP.comWe recently had our server go down and I needed a technician in a remote location to be my eyes and ears and help me get us back up and running. I contacted ComputerAssistant.com and after giving them a CC deposit for the first hour they were able to dispatch a qualified Cisco CCNA technician to the location in under 2 hours. The technician quickly isolated the problem and had our network repaired and server back up in just minutes. Their tech also went out of his way to help us fix another Dell server, remove spy ware, and set up remote access from that location. We have recently set up a contract with ComputerAssistant.com and our technical support staff can now dispatch techs all over the country by just entering a work order online. Their staff reviews our requirements on each job and always seems to find the most qualified Microsoft MCP or A+ tech to do the work. Thanks Carol Dan and Thomas for helping us find a great nationwide solution. I highly recommend your service!

Provided by YP.comCarol was very friendly and understood our needs. Our computers were down for 1 1/2 days and I had been on the phone for hours with support people Friday, Saturday and again on Monday and I wasn't able to get the help I needed. She helped by arranging for a technician to call me so we can arrange a time for him to assist us. It was very nice to receive emailed confirmation letting us know who will be to our location to assist our needs. I definitely do like the way this company's system works. Job well done all the way around. I do hope that if the need arises again to use this company, I will get the same treatment I received this time. Thank you.
