I have Concrete Designers of Columbus, Inc. (Frank Petruzzi - owner) pored a concrete slub in my crawl space. After drying (in about a month) the concrete developed several big cracks troughout the surface. I called Frank Petruzzi, and he scheduled the time he would come to see what needed to be done. I was waiting the whole day, but nebody ever showed up. Itr has been more than a month after that, and I have left dozens of messages and sent several email, but never received any reply. I also learned (unfortunately, too late) that the company already has an unsatisfactory record with BBB. Do not hire them. They are very unreliable, do poor job, and never fix it.
