We had a hornet problem. Called Cook's, two techs arrived, late, neither of which had proper equipment to kill a hornets nest, and stated it would be $175.00 and that it would not kill the nest. If we could handle this problem we would not have needed an exterminator. I then called David Murk of Murk's pest control, they were out the same day equipped to handle the problem, on time and very courteous and professional. Cooks lost a potential customer today but Murk's gained one for life.

Way over priced, they would not treat unless I paid 55 bucks/ month contract for 12 months. I am not paying monthly for bug person to come out in winter months..... Went back to their office to see if we could work it out another way..told me someone would call back......NOTHING/ no call...Check around, some other local companys will contract you once every 3 months instead of every month like these guys......thanks for wasting my time COOKS !
