Provided by SuperpagesI have used Cool Advise to maintain my HVAC units for over ten years. Marv and his staff are true professionals. I recently had to purchase a new unit and Marv worked with me on a payment plan that was a great help to me and my pocket book. Thanks Cool Advise, from your loyal and appreciative customer in Wellington, Florida.

Provided by SuperpagesCool advice has been around over 20 years. Owner operated, he and his tech have always been fair with us. His prices are fair and they seem to be very thorough and neat. We used them 18 years ago, moved and returned a year ago and they are still around!

Provided by SuperpagesI have been using Cool Advice over 10 years and have always been treated fairly, with quick response. I have checked with other companies and compared prices. Cool Advice is fair with their prices, but more important to me, they have always given me choices when a repair was necessary. Thank-you Cool Advice!

Provided by YP.comI signed up for an annual service contract with Cool Advice which was to include a 15% Discount on "parts." Recently I was charged $138.00 (including my 15% discount) for a Dual Start capacitor that can be purchased at a retail level supplier for $26.00. I can understand a mark-up of 100-200% but approximately 500%? The 15% Discount is deceptive advertising in my opinion and completely unethical. Do not use this contractor unless you do your research first.
