This company is awsome. The office mahanger Cherie is great and friendly. She tried to help me fix my A/C over the phone first. When it appeared to be something that needed to be looked at she dispatched someone right away. They are very affordable too. Highly recommend them. GOOOOO Cool Change!!

This company impressed me alot. I called in the late morning hours and they were very helpful. The office manager spoke directly with me and they were able to fit me in to that days schedual. They appear to be a very well run organization. I would highly recomend them!!

I needed a good frinedly company that was willing to explain what was going on before charging me. That is exactly what Cherie (The office manager) at Cool Change did. She made sure their tech explained my A/C's issues and was very informed about what was being done at my house. There was no pressuer to sell me a new system or addtional sevices. I will be a customer for life.

An outstanding company with superb customer service. We contacted the company in emergency mode when our air conditioner stopped working during extremely hot weather. A service technician promptly arrived at our home and made the necessary repairs. The quality of work combined with tenacious customer care makes this company our first choice for future repairs.

We thought our A/C unit was going to need to be replaced, but Cool Change found the problem and got it back up and run even better then before!!!

I called Cool Change Heating and Air and spoke with a lovely young lady by the name of Cheri. Cheri was extremely helpful and had a service tech out to my house within three hours. The tech ( I believe his name was Manson) was very knowledgable. I also highly suggest that you sign up for their service plan, it is unbeatable. A+++

They were very polite and fast in their response. Quickly found the problem and repaired it. I would highly recommed.
