Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. Wait time took 3 days to come out and then after inspecting our A/C unit, they said they had to wait for approval from our home warranty. At the end of the day, after bit hearing back, I called our warranty service and Cool & Cozy never had even called them. Our warranty office said it would have been approved immediately. Very shady way of doing business. Obviously, they don't really care about their customers. We are on day 6 of sleeping in a 90 degree home with twin babies. Nice!

This company went to wrong address and then tried to charge me for the service call saying I missed the appointment. Rude on the phone. Four hour window for a service call is ridiculous.

they'll only give you an appointment with a FOUR hour window of when they'll show up, and they 'don't do courtesy calls'. Absolutely inconvienent for any average customer.

Very happy with Cool and Cozy. I received excellent service from this company. The office personnel was friendly, pleasant and quick to schedule my appointment. The service man was a professional in his work and resolved the problem with my airconditioner. I will recommend this company to my family, friends and neighbors. Great service company, great employees.

Cool & Cozy - you've got my five stars! I've had service by many different companies through my home warranty company and Cool & Cozy is by far the best! They were quick to call to schedule an appointment for me and the technician was professional, on time and knowledgable. My air conditioning is working wonderfully now. Cool and Cozy was contracted to respond to a rental property we own to repair an air conditioner unit. All that we asked was that they provide us with a reasonable time frame for when the service tech would arrive and a courtesy phone call while he was enroute so we could ensure someone would be at the property to let the tech inside. We were told that he would be there sometime between 10-4 and that they do not call ahead. The receptionist we spoke to on the phone was very rude and apparently has no idea what the words "customer service" mean. Needless to say we found another company who was willing to come out the same day, provided us with a reasonable time frame and said they would be more than willing to call 45 mins in advance. I would strongly recommend against using this company. Any company who refuses to do their customers the simple favor of calling ahead certainly cannot be trusted to perform quality work.

I will give this company 5 stars due to the speed, accuracy and professionalism fixing my problem. I have American Home Shield warranty. The 1st person they set me up with did not call so I called and requested another company. They set me up with Cool & Cozy within an hour the office called me and said someone would be here by 4PM. He was here at 1:00 and worked until 4:00. He was a young guy but seemed to know what to do. When he wasn't sure he was on the phone and fixed the problem. I feel this young man was one of the most professional guys I've allowed in my home.

We ordered a heatpump/furnace install through this company. The high efficiency heat pump that was recommended saved us anywhere from $200-$300 monthly. It was a huge difference from last year bills. The entire install was completed in one day. The company is very efficient with service and information. I would recommend this company.

I had an issue with my Heat Pump/AC and the technician from Cool and Cozy fixed the problem that my normal Heat Pump/AC servicing company was going to charge me 500 dollars to fix. He did it for 150. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgable. I would recomend Cool and Cozy in a heartbeat to anyone needing anything heating and air conditioning related. When I called Cool and Cozy the receptionist was very freindly and worked with me to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Very, Very, Happy with service!!!
