Lazy, unreliable and disrespectful. Worst plumbing company I've ever hired! Will not refer business to them ever again. First, they canceled their appointment, rescheduled 5 days later when it was an emergency. They finally came, didn't complete the job, refused to cooperate with another subcontractor on the job and threatened me over it after they were paid in full. And they spray painted on the side of our garage and refused to clean it up or pay for it. Ridiculous. No paying customer should endure this level of incompetence!

First. I am the tenant at a property and required to pay a latchel fee every month for service whether it's used or not. We had an emergency 3.5 months ago with the sewer line backed up. Cooper Perry did not come same day or next, they waited 3 days to deal with it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Recently, the landlord sent them again. They were supposed to call me to get entrance into the property, they didn't. They lied and said they called someone who sounded asleep, which wasn't mean and then they canceled. Again, this is an emergency that they didn't fix 3.5 months before. One that I had another plumber attempt to unclog and they couldn't. I was forced to use Cooper Perry Plumbing again. They then scheduled for 5 days later. Again never called. When they were on property I asked the neigh or to get them to call me so I could at least tell their technician what the other plumbers had found to help solve the problem. Cooper Perry refused to call me.
I called Cooper Perry twice the following week to find out what was going on with the investigation, again my house has been unlivable since 1/4 and it is 1/21, today they finally got around to calling me. The man on the phone explained they did not clear the blockage and could not use their scope which is what they were hired for. It was assumed by the other plumbers that the line bellied out. I need back into the property asap. Cooper Perry marked where the blockage is on the ground and sprayed orange spray paint on the side of the house.
The man knew I had another cheaper plumber out who had offered to dig up the yard cheaper than Cooper Perry would. After telling me the blockage was 1.8 ft below ground he then threatened me that he would turn "me" in to the authorities if he didn't get the job to complete putting a new clean out and or dig up the line and replace it. Claiming that handyman work protected and outlined by the State of Oklahoma Statutes, that they are illegal and that he would get me and them fined if they did any work on this project.
Threatening your client, just like Cooper Perry's choice to provide less than stellar service to this client, neither are a smart thing to do in this day and age of customer reviews. In another 1 star review, Cooper Perry responded that they weren't responsible to give me good service because I didn't hire them, my landlord did. I'm the tenant, i paid for that service. Even if i hadn't i am the end user, the tenant who has not been able to live there for 2 weeks because Cooper Perry is a horrible company who doesn't care about responsibility or service to those they are supposed to serve.​
It is 1/21, I don't care who fixes my property, ultimately the property owner makes the final call. They've asked Cooper Perry to do it on 1/23. All I know is Cooper Perry has cost me about $1000 in lost rent to date for their delay in doing their job and they could really care less for the financial injury they've caused as the result of their delays and poor service. The Landlord also called me saying Cooper Perry has indicated they will be canceling or postponing again...they do not give a darn about their customers.
