IF I could give ZERO stars I would!!! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They are heartless, mean and rude!



A friend's husband was in a horrible motorcycle accident, because of which he lost his leg. After all of the stress, fear, concerns about multiple surgeries, etc. she went to Cotton's to collect her husband's bike. When she did she was treated horribly. They were rude and forced her to pick up everything that didn't come on the bike and put them in her car herself. They refused to help. Can you imagine the emotion she was forced to deal with as someone she PAID to tow her husbands bike treated her so disgustingly???

I just called Cotton's Towing to get a price on a motorcycle tow. Before I could finish explaining that I needed to get a tow the lady who answered the phone for the company cut me off and said (in a VERY rude voice) "You gon' have to call back in the mornin'". I then said to her, "Ma'am is this a 24 hour tow company?" She responded by saying (VERY RUDELY once again) "Yeah we are, but all my drivers are out on police calls." I then said to her, "Well canyou give me a price? Would I have to pay for the tow or would the person pay when they come pick it up?" She replied by saying, "You pay." I then asked again, "Do you know the price?" She then said, "Just call back in the morning and hung up the phone in my ear.



How rude, hunh?!

I was out in the backwoods in Antioch and my car broke down. All I can say is Thank Goodness I had saved Cotton's phone number in my cell phone!! I have used Cotton's 2 times in the past and the speed and service is always the same-EXCELLENT!! Thanks Cotton's for always being there when I need you:)
