This company provides garbage service to rural areas in Texas. The website, countrywaste.com, doesn't have the rules! They do answer email (very brief answers) but it's hard to reach them by phone. The contract and "the Letter" spell out the rules. Here's some of them:

For Residential, (Sealy/Brenham/Bellville area)

***"Without container" means in 33-gal bags, max 6 per pickup. Even if the bags are smaller, or in a container, they still allow only 6! Note that the 90-gal container only holds 3 bags worth. ***Bags must not weigh more than 35 lbs.

***IF you don't have it out by 7am on your day, they skip you.

***Each household must subscribe separately. They cancel you if they discover your neighbor is adding his garbage to yours.

***Payment is quarterly with a payment coupon book, in advance, non-refundable. $5 late fee. Envelopes not provided.

***$25 set-up fee (deposit) for a container, which continues to be their property.

***Garbage must not overflow the container or they won't pick it up. ***No credit for days skipped.

***Discount for an annual payment.
