Stay away at all costs. I was going to use this company as a last resort when I had issues finding a coach available. After being unresponsive to emails and phone calls for a week or so, I finally get a call from him. He is trying to charge me more than he quoted because of 'shuttling'. I call him out on this since this is not my first time working with a charter company - he proceeds to tell me his phone is breaking up and he will call me right back. I never heard back and he is not responding to any of my phone calls or voicemails - even on his 'emergency line'.
