Horrible taxi company. I do not recommend you use this cab service. Save your time and money. You are way better off using any other taxi. Dont say I didnt warn you!

Skip this cab company! They are a rip-off. I travel between Dallas and Denver and go to Love Field frequently from my apartment. The last 5 times it has been a bunch of crap....they don't turn the meter on - then try to say the fee is double what it should cost. I told one guy to "turn the meter on" -- which he did but then when I arrived at my destination -- he told me there was an $8.50 incidental fee -- and he wanted a tip!. The list goes on! CALL ANOTHER CAB COMPANY -- or better yet....call uber or lyft. I am TOTALLY DONE WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have used Cowboy Cab at least 3 times a year for the past 5 years. I never had a problem until this past week. I was having car issues and needed to get to work. I made a reservation online the night before and received a confirmation. Just to be sure I called 2 hours before hand to make sure they were sending a driver. He came on time no problems. I did the same for the next day. Reserved online, called to confirm, but this time no driver. I called back and was told it would 15-20 mins. I called back when driver did not show and was told that no one was available. Why didn't you say that when I first called to confirm? I could have called another company or Lyft or Uber. Since I've had nothing but good experiences in the past, I decided to give them another chance for the next day. I did my same process and they told the same lie. This time the rude dispatcher said "Well, the drivers can go where they want and no one wants to go to Cedar Hill." I missed work the first time and had to walk the second time. I don't know what happened to this company. I used them in February with no problems. It's September and it's hard for me to believe this is the same company I have been doing business with for the past 5 years. I will be losing their phone number. Ok if you don't have a driver available, just say that. By lying to me you robbed of acting on other options. This has been the only Cab number in my phone and I always tell others to keep it in theirs. NO LONGER! I can't believe such horrible service 2 days in a row. People do not call cabs for fun. They call you when you are needed. I will be posting this review on as many sites as I can. If I could give you a negative star I would. You lost a long-time customer.

I fine my drivers from $50.00 to $500 for any complaints called in by customer.all taxis equiped with c card Prossessor in the back seat.

Bad reviews by other co drivers we r #1demanded taxi in n texas by city o dallas survey

Fantastic Service!

After having MAJOR problems with Yellow cab, I called Cowboy Cab the next I needed a taxi.

Many of their drivers come from another country but the speak & understand American English well enough to communicate with me.

They show up about five munutes after I hang up on the dispatcher, know where they are going & follow my instructions.

They also carry my stuff from my apartment to the cab & carry my stuff from the cab into the destination.

They also are also grateful for my service. The last driver, who is from Africa, put his hands together like in prayer & bowed to me to show his gratitude.

I cannot understand the negative ratings from other people, unless they are from Yellow Cab & want to steal Cowboy Cab's customers.
