I had a really great experience at a CPR Class last night , to start with I have taken this class for 18 years due to my work requirements, and I finally feel that I could actually perform CPR with the confidence I've never had from previous Instructors over the years.

The interaction that the CPR Lady had with us was more like a real life scenario. I walked out of the class feeling that if needed ,I could perform without hesitation.

I also was taught some choking techniques that were never taught to me in any of my prior classes, like how to perform the heimlich maneuver on a Pregnant Lady , third trimester when you have no diaphragm space to hardly breathe yourself, and how to save yourself if your alone and choking.

It really upset me that over the past 18 years our so called Professional Rescuer never taught this to us, However, I now know not all instructors are equal and really make sure we have the correct information.

I highly recommend Denise Wike, The CPR Lady for anyone that wants a great, relaxed class, with the correct information that should be taught in all classes,
