In and of itselfs, Auto problems SUCK!!!! Not only does it suck when it happens to you but it seems as thou our moods become clouded with negative thoughts for the rest of the day and the last thing you want to do is have a conversation with a rude tow truck dispatcher who also is having a bad day (I won't put those companys on blast!!). With that said I would like to Thank Josh/dispatcher for CRANE's TOWING, 730 S. Bridge St., Visalia for being so polite and caring, and prompt in getting my auto picked up. As a business owner myself, 1st impressions speak volumes and Josh is an awesome asset to Crane's Towings' public relations as is Ramon/tow truck driver. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!! I TRULY appreciate your kindness and I will hightly recommend your services to all my clients and friends! :D
