I met Hugh about three years ago while I was looking for a home to purchase in Placer County. Hugh stuck with me during what I thought was the toughest of times as we looked and looked and looked at homes for sale. He never gave up on my wife and I. Finally Hugh was the one who found the home we live in today. The morning it came onto the market he called me and met me there to look at it and it was perfect for me. Later in the day it was perfect for my wife as well. We were already in negotiations with another seller as we made an offer on the latest find. Hugh handled everything from start to finish including pizza on Friday evenings at his house. When problems came up with the lender, Hugh handled them. When we needed help with county and other agencies, Hugh handled it. Hugh now manages our two rental properties as well. I still keep in touch with Hugh today and consider him a close friend. I have and will direct any and all interested friends, family, or acquaintances to Hugh for their real estate needs particularly in Placer County.
