Do not believe a word these liars tell you about an infestation you might have. Do not believe the faked video they will show you of rat trails in your insulation, do not believe their act of decontaminating themselves after they come out of your attic. THESE ARE CROOKS! I was told I had thousands of rats. Had somebody else look--nary a rat. CROOKS who ought to be making small rocks out of big ones for a long time.

"$65 animal removal! (With NO service charge). We get the animals out and keep them out. If we set traps for you, we will come back again when the critters are caught, at no additional charge." This is what their website claims and it is a complete lie. The phone operator who put us in contact with the technician again confirmed that the service would cost $65 for traps. The trapping service for $65 is not available to say the least. The technician that inspected our home claimed we had an infestation without physically finding/seeing any animals in our attic. We've only heard one or two, but he pretended we had a possible fifty or more "roof-rats". Our house was built in the sixties; of course it has old and new droppings and "rat oil" on wires. Regardless, after offering us packages that ranged from $2700 to over $5,000 for removal, we asked to just try the traps first. His exact words, "We don't do that...why would we waste our time setting traps and having to come back. You can go to Home Depot and set some yourself." WOW. Their website is complete false advertising. We can understand offering packages for better removal options, but you should not be allowed to advertise a $65 animal removal service if that is not one of your options. Very disappointing, especially considering I had to miss work hours to meet the inspector at my home.

Called these guys, as saw a mouse on back patio and dead rate snake out the front. They came out on time with a crew of 10 people Jammy, the crew manager was awesome told us exactly what they were going to do. 5 people worked on the exterior of the home and the others inside. Everyone was extremely friendly. We were amazed at how quickly they got the issue taken care of. Would definitely recommend them thank you for giving us peace of mind, this was well worth the upfront investment.
