I submitted a suede coat for cleaning. I could brush of most of the white substance with My hand. When I picked up the coat Myself and the owner could wipe off the same substance.... So was the coat cleaned or did it ride the carousel for 10 days ?? He demanded 48 dollars for the cleaning. Period.......... I find that appalling in this current economic environment..... Had the coat been even brushed I would have been happy...
