We are frequent cruisers and have been using James to book our trips for years. I used to spend hours shopping and comparing prices on the internet. I know when I call CruiseOne they will treat me like family and take care of all that shopping for me. They have contacted me more than once to let me know the price on my cruise had gone down after I booked and saved me hundreds of dollars. Now that is service! I never had anyone else call me to tell me the price had went down. All I have to worry about now is packing. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.

I have bought many cruises from James at Cruise One. Each time I have received excellent service. He is very friendly and efficient. Makes each vacation worry free.
