Contractors in Reno, Nevada All our projects start with a phone call to set up an onsite consultation with a professional roofer. Once the inspection has been completed by our roof and construction contractor, we let you know what type of project needs to be done. This will also include the type of labor and materials required by our roofer to complete the project. Our owner personally meets with each client for a walk-through, before and after each project, for personal customer service and accurate estimates. We then have a discussion with the customer about the project goals. In having this discussion, we strive to ensure that the customer’s vision and needs are met. To accomplish this goal a detailed proposal is drawn up and thoroughly gone over. As a professional roofing company, we use only the best equipment, expertise, and practices to accomplish the job safely and efficiently. We are also strict in adhering to the guidelines set by the state and federal administrative agencies. Aside from that, while the project is in progress, the customer has the liberty to be a constant participant. This is to ensure their approval of the progress and to know if they are satisfied with the work that we do. We strive to go above and beyond their expectations, that’s why we make sure to openly collaborate with our clients.
