I called to see if the company had distilled water and to set up a delivery. The (very young) sales woman replied obliquely so I asked again and received a sharp reply and was transferred to customer service who said they couldn't take a new order and transferred me back to sales. I tried to set up a delivery date and time and was told they couldn't do that, the delivery person would call the day before. As I have a medically frail parent who has to be in dialysis 3 days a week which takes up 5 hours a day away from the house I told her I have to schedule a time in advance and was told that wasn't possible. Poor sales and customer service.
