BEWARE! Don't order from them! THEY GET NEGATIVES STARS... BUT I HAD TO CLICK ON A STAR! I placed an order through Costco for a dispenser and water delivery. They never showed up on the scheduled date! When I called I was told I was rescheduled for the following week. They openly admitted that management does this without notifying the customers! I agreed to give them one more try and scheduled a delivery date..... NO One Showed Up Again!!!! I didn't call to complain, cause it wasn't worth my time. To my surprise , a week later I get a call from DS, asking if they can deliver my water two weeks from now. Deliver water!!! You didn't deliver the dispenser! I called back, their excuse was we are 30 days behind on our orders. Although the CSR was understanding, because she has here this same complaint everyday, There was no way I would trust them! I hope Costco drops them and welcomes in another water service. SHAME ON YOU CRYSTAL SPRINGS /DS WATER!!!!!!!
