Most incompetent and inept people ever. they refuse to release the vehicle to anyone just to make more $$$$. Even if it is released to the insurance company. This are type of folks who will make your life miserable if the re the ones who tow your car after an accident. if i could give them a negative star i would.

What a rude bunch of people to have to deal with. Ask if we could air up a flat tire so the rim would be damaged. Was told no and they acted like we were a burden to them. Hateful and rude when ask any thing about seeing the car. Was informed that they would have to take off their site. They took it off their lot and parked it along the side of the street with several other peoples autos. There are other towing companies out there that are friendly and respectful to use. I hope the city takes these clowns off their call list.
