When I was unable to remove the lug nuts to fix a flat tire, AAA sent CTS Towing out to assist me. CTS' owner, Phil Cardaci himself arrived. He pointed out that in my efforts to remove the wheel-lock lug, I had slightly chipped the metal, and then complained that people like me try to do this work before calling a professional. When he then managed to loosen all the lugs, I complimented him with "Nice job! I guess it's all about having the right tools, eh?" Phil's response: "No, just the right brains." I was stunned. When I asked him if he was insulting me or just joking around, he retorted that he deals with "idiots like me every day."



Shortly after, he started taking a bunch of phone calls for his business, so I then removed the lugs, the flat tire, and mounted the new tire. I had only just finger tightened one lug and was proceeding to put on another, when Phil walked up behind me and released the car jack, dropping the car down quickly while my hands were still on the wheel, and none of the lugs had yet been tightened.



Not sure how Phil has been in business for 40 years, as he was proud to announce, but you should definitely not use his services!

The phone rings off the hook like no one is home. I complained to aaa and they got me someone else.
