Same experience as the one below. It's taken over a year now and I have only gotten silly lies regarding computer crashes and emails lost in spam folders. Looks like I have paid for the transcripts but will never receive anything.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE -TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET MY TRANSCRIPTS AND GOT NOTHING BUT EXCUSES- HAD TO CALL BOULDER COURTS WHO REFERRED ME TO GET THIS PERSON TO GET THEM TO ME.

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL IN GETTING THESE TO ME. LACKS INTEGRITY - GO ELSEWHERE
