Our company just opened a new office and I have been trying for 2 weeks to get water service there. Each time I called I was promised a call back, needless to say I am still waitng. I finally ended up calling another company with great customer service. I would like to see the district manager for this location get fired because apparently he does care about the level of GOOD customer service. I have ran my own office and loosing money is never good!!! NEVER CALL CULLIGAN!!!

These guys will install your softener backwards. Scratch your floors take your money and have nothing to do with you again. THe owner is a jackass along with the GM who doesn't know a thing about pools or jacuzis these guys are a chicken fit outfit and deserve negative stars. BUyer beware go elseware. They are rude treat you like dirt and if you are a woman forget it because you will be talked down upon. They are real creeps save your money go up the street to another business you will be far better off.

The customer service is very poor. $95 service call a joke. I used to trust the Culligan name, but I am sure I will have BOTH the softner and reverse-osmosis filter removed and replaced by a company that will be grateful for my patronage.

I am extremely displeased with the service from the receptionist, to the maintenance crew who do monthly service to the specialist that repair systems. I feel like we are held hostage. We changed our entire system to Culligan and are now paying hundreds of dollars for repair on gear teeth and other things that are normal wear and tear. Where is our warranty. I have had grey/black water in my home for nearly two weeks, and have been put off every time they are supposed to come. Rescheduled without my consent! I would not recommend Culligan to anyone because of their poor customer service!!!!

I will tell you that my experience was very professional and I ended up going with Culligan as a result of the sales rep Javier. He answered all my questions, came out and set up the appointment and the install was done in less then a week start to finish from paperwork to soft water!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone who has hard water.

When we purchased our water softener, we were impressed by how nice these people were. They really stand behind their product.

Richard has been around a long time. They do great work at a fair price.

They are so nice and timely - had an old water softer in my house and they came out and showed me how to use it!
