HORRIBLE!!! Do not use this vendor!!! Should have checked prior reviews. BEWARE

I paid $123 for 3 dozens of cupcakes that sat in the trunk of a hot car the entire day. my last order wasn't delivered till after 9pm. All 3 dozens the cupcakes frosting was melting off and the strawberries were hot, mushy, & did not taste fresh. Only one order out of the 3 was correct. But it looked like my 2 yr old made them. Their pictures on their website are the complete opposite of what you should expect. I've been ignored and not treated the way a customer should be treated. i've yet to get a response about the incorrect orders & its been since monday. Although, I did get a "I'm sorry, I've refunded you $30 for the cupcakes not being delivered in a timely manner." I've emailed twice since that response & I'm now being ignored. Also, the $30 that was refunded didn't even cover the cost of delivery. Very unprofessional.
