Almost midnight, on way home from work, Flat tire, called AAA, hoping they would come fix my tire and let me sign back up as I had let my account lapse. They told me 48 hours before I could be helped by AAA. They, however, connected me to Cupertino Towing in Antioch, CA and Hank told me he was sending someone and expect them in 30 min. Music to my ears! It was less than 30 min. Bill was who showed up, He was so professional, friendly and competent. Thanks!

I was in need of a tow and called AAA. Because I was over my tow limit for the year, AAA called Cupertino Towing in Antioch (one of their contract companies) on my behalf for a tow. While sitting in the cab with the driver doing paperwork for the commercial tow, he began to look for his cell phone which he said he left in the middle console cup holder. When he did not see it, instead of looking for it, he accused me and my cousin of stealing his phone stating "so you and your partner stole my phone". I then began to help him look, and found it under the seat. When I showed him the phone and asked was that it, he said it was, took it and placed it in his pocket, and proceeded to put my car on the flatbed without as much as an apology. I called their office and spoke to Craig, who made light of the situation like it was no big deal. Needless to say we were offended as we were accused of committing a crime we did not commit. Not only was this offensive, but feel this was racist, as my cousin and I are African American and the accusing driver was Caucasian. Never contact them for a tow unless you want to be offended and have your character assaulted by way of being accused of committing an immoral crime.
