VERY, VERY PLEASED!

Curtis installed my system a few years ago. I chose them because the price was right and they seemed very knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. Today I called because it seemed my A/C was not working properly. They offered a prompt response to my service request. They have a friendly service staff. I asked lots of questions and the technician explained everything to me clearly. He also did some proactive, preventive maintenance while at my home that I did not even request. And he made some recommendations on how I can use my system more efficiently . I am very pleased and would highly recommend Curtis hearing and cooling. This company is a pleasure to work with.
