had a plumbing emergency, they were to dispatch a call to us. no one called and we found out the next day when I called back "Oh we aren't taking any new customers." totally incompetant communication with this outfit.

We have nothing but great experiences with these plumbers. They came in to fix a leak in our pipe that was making a huge mess. Luckily, we found it early and they were able to come right out and fix it. Haven't had a problem since (it's been almost year).

We had a problem with our furnace turning off randomly. We got a quote from two companies, both of which were expensive. And, the techs they sent to our house were.... shady looking at best.



Then we contacted Curtis Total through their site. The heating tech was dressed well, professional. He fixed the problem in a bout a half an hour and we haven't had any trouble since. I highly recommend them.

I called Curtis Total Service due to a leaking air conditioner right before the weather turned extremely hot. They were able to come out the same afternoon and provided me with my options and gave me a written estimate. I decided to replace my unit and the workers said they could have it down tomorrow. They showed up on time and did a great job with installation. My air conditioning works better than it ever has before! Highly recommend.

I had a new water heater installed and the installation took roughly 1.5 hours and this included complete removal of the old unit and cleanup. The plumber already had the unit on his truck and that helped with the speed of install. It was a very pleasant experience.

On time, prompt and polite. I found a coupon online and saved some money too. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing problem

I am a Gold Card Program Member for Curtis Total Service so I used them a number of time on various plumbing work. This past week I need help on my heating unit when it wasn't blowing warm air. The technician arrived on the same day that service was needed. He fixed my equiptment and I received a good discount for being apart of their gold card program. I would highly recommend them.

This has been a terribly cold winter! I have an old heating unit and I had a bad feeling it was on it’s last legs. Sure enough a few weeks ago it died. I looked online and found Curtis Total Service. The technician got to my home within in a couple hours. He told me that since my heater was so old it would be best to replace it because the repairs would be costly. I already knew it was old so the tech gave me a few different options for a new heating unit. I told him to start the work and another technician came to help. They didn’t get done until the early evening but I was so happy to have heat for that night. Great jOb!

I’ve used Curtis Total Service for a few repairs in the past. When my sewer line clogged, I gave them another call. They arrived on time like usually and snaked my line. I saved a few dollars by being a member of their gold card program too.

If you need service.. this is who you call...thanks to Curtis Total Service a crisis was diverted....great job..you could be my new best friend...LOL

I was extremely impressed with the customer service when I called to make the appointment. The lady was very nice and professional and took the time to listen to what I was calling about and helped me get the appropriate appointments. She was able to have all of the technicians come within the same window which was very helpful. All of the technicians called when they were close to arriving and were extremely professional and friendly. I will highly recommend Curtis Total Service to all of my friends and will use them again.

I had a new AC installed and it was a great experience from the beginning. I worked with the tech on the contract and he was straightforward and responsive to my questions/concerns. They were able to get a new AC installed the next day. The job completed timely and the workers cleaned after themselves and hauled all the garbage with them upon leaving. I highly recommend Curtis Total Service. They provided great service.

Do not EVER use Curtis Total Service, Inc for any home repair service!!!! We called them when we had our plumbing issues on May 18th. They charge $77.00 just to come out to "look" then wanted to charge us over $400.00 to snake it. We told them no and to leave. Today, May 25th we get a certified letter from an attorney's office billing us for $227.00! I called Curtis Total Service, and was told I need to talk to the attorney. I said we never got a bill and I would bring her the $77, she said we have to deal with the Attorney. Called attorney, had to leave a message. This is horrible service! Terrible Company!
