Provided by YP.comAs a General Contractor who has been in business in the construction industry for over 50 years, I can tell you that this company needs several lessons in customer service. The receptionist who answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and did not want to connect me with an estimator. When I asked to speak with a sales manager, she told me they were too busy to speak with me and would not unless I submitted plans first, then she hung up on me. You will most definitely lose business if you keep unprofessional staff treating people this way.
