This buisness does not deserve one star. try negative 10! A 7-10 day job took six weeks and was not completed as promised. The boards were put down by teenagers as the owner took rest periods in his truck, and only cut and fitted wood which was a sloppy terrible job. the wood was uneven, had huge gaps and caverns in it, and was stained and sealed without being sanded. the quality was horrible. they behaved like juveniles only texting instead of answering the phone to discuss our concerns. We were billed on our credit card weeks before completion which was a unapproved charge that was not the method we were going to pay at the end, it caused our card to be 4,000$ dollars over the limit (thanks alot chase bank for approving this fraudulant charge) My home was damaged. My two year home needs repainting due to their tape ripping all the paint off of my base boards, the shoe molding was destroyed as they carelessly took it up yet promised they would relpace as shoemolding and hanging all the doors in the house was part of the job, which they later said oh no we are floor installers not shoe molding and door installers,. if their lips are moving they are lying. They connned us. Do not hire these people you will go through a living nightmare. We refused to pay the last 1500$ as my 13,500 dollar job had to be totally redone by a PROFESSIONAL REPUTIBLE COMPANY! But then we were threatened with a lein to be put on our house unless we paid. We were going to sue them, as we have pictures and recordings on dvd of the job from start to finish, but unfortunately the way it works for consumers we would be out more money in legal fees to fight this company. it was worth 1500$ to put this nightmare behind us and these cons out of my life. PLEASE spare your self and search for a local professional floor company to install your floors. You dont want to be lied to, jerked around, threatened, and have your home damaged by this poor qualtity and unethical company. Consumers need to thoroughly search the internet for reviews of this company as i did this to late to save my home from damage and my life to be turned upside down by these uncaring, rude, dishonest buisness.

BEWARE> BEWARE>BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! Better buisness has 7 complaints posted in their review and they refuse to accredit this buisness. SO PITIFUL! THE QUALITY OF THE JOB cannot even begin to be put into words. stain and glue all over my walls, floors are total crap. total total crap. 1600 square feet of heart of pine floors, totally blows my mind how a company to could be so unprofessional and advertise quality work when they dont even know what they are doing. spare yourself a living nightmare .

Total ignorant hicks that dont give you what you pay for. bottom line, grow your own trees, make your own flooring. its faster and will look better
