Do NOT contract with this company. On the morning the crew showed up for the job, I was told there would be an additional cost for hand digging the posts. This was not part of the contract I signed. I was also not happy with how they finished the fence posts for the board on board style I contracted for. It does NOT look as their picture does for board on board on their website. I called and left 2 messages and an email for Eric by noon the day of installation to call me to discuss my concerns. Eric has not responded in anyway to my phone calls or email. This morning, I was emailed a revised invoice with additional costs for hand digging posts. I have already contacted the WI Department of Consumer Protection and have the instructions to make a formal complaint about Custom Fence, Inc. I suggest those of you with unsatisfactory service contact the WI Dept of Consumer Protection as well.
