This is kind of disturbingly dangerous and unprofessional manner of executing a tow, or repossession of a vehicle. An explanation should probably be in order before they get any business from many people.

A Company with no morals nor integrity. Avoid at all cost. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere, other than Dunkin Donuts on 4th Ave Brooklyn, NY. If you do, you will not be able to enjoy your coffee or donut. Not only does they serve over brewed coffee and stale donuts. The company has no shame and does business with tow companies with the same ethical principles, no morals or integrity and engages in predatory towing. You may say that my arguments should be against the towing company and you are correct. I will be addressing them as well. However, it is Dunkin Donuts’ property, according to the towing company’s sign. Allowing such unethical practices to occur on their behalf simply means they condone such practices.



If you do decide to visit and decide to park in the parking lot the fiasco begins. Here is how it may will workout for you, especially if you have an out of state license plate (you are an automatic target for predatory towing). You are in line, place an order, you probably will use the bathroom or step out because the slow and unenthusiastic workers irritates you. Mean while, the tow company’s lookout (part of the scam) informs the tow truck drivering company (Custom Towing Tel: 347-930-1593, 223 26th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11232). Before you realize it, you are towed. When you look for your car, the look out will point you to a sign that seems to be cut and pasted barely hanging on the wall (does not look legitimate) telling you to call the number on the sign and you will have to pay cash otherwise the fee is $30.00 more. You are charged $125.00, plus tax and a services fees get your car $100.00. The total fee charges $277, if you don't pay with cash.



This was my first and only day trying Dunkin Donuts. I always though of Dunkin Donuts as hole in the wall and they have proven me right. I trashed my Dunkin Donuts order and vowed to never to shop dunking donuts. I will also share this with my audience during my monthly online webcast for as long as I conduct presentation on ethics. Dunkin Donuts a corporation without morals. No wonder Brooklyn has become a trash dump. There is away to make a living but do it honestly and with integrity. Dunkin Donuts and it partners has neither shame nor morals. If you attempt to lookup the property management, you come up with the same tow company's name.
