Moved from Houston TX to Huntsville TX and transferred all medication to the new CVS Huntsville TX. I had to go back to doctors in Houston for pain management to keep from having to have same test redone on my retired income budget. The CVS Pharmacy technician in HUNTSVILLE TX REFUSED to fill my perscriptions because she did not know the doctor...?? I am sure she dose not know all the Doctors in Huntsville, Woodlands TX but she filled medication for us before. She was rude loud and discussed my buisness in front of other customers making me feel BAD for having to take the medcine needed for pain I have MS and I am furious at the treatment I received from the YOUNG GIRL! I have since moved all meds to another pharmacy and had no such problems filling the required MEDICATION NEEDED. Your STAFF needs to be retrained on customer service adequate".The rating I had to give is more than she deserves......
