I used my vehicle as a trade in back in March. It was never picked up even after numerous phone calls, emails, and even posting on their FB page. Today, after weeks waiting, DB towing removed the vehicle. They were prompt, courteous, and very friendly.

After speaking with both David & Bonnie, it's clear their family- owned business is focused on customer satisfaction. I hope to never need a tow, but if I ever do.... they will be 1st on my list to call. THANK YA'LL SO MUCH!!!!

Very responsible and trustworthy company. My car was totalled (no fault of my own). They arrived to the scene promptly. Also, they Informed me of my rights by law. This was very helpful since both insurance companies wanted to bully me into releasing the vehicle to them prior to making an appraisal, without telling me the destination, and guaranteeing that the vehicle would be safe (from vandals/parts theives/etc.). Although I hope I will not need their services again, their number is stored on my phone just in case.
