Tadlock came out to repair the seams in the roof. This was a small job , with a big price tag ! I live in Tampa and was not there to see the finished product and when there last week, I was quite unhappy. They cleaned only the area they worked on and not the total roof, before starting the job. It looked like large strips of white against the dirt on the roof. Totally unacceptable, for a tune of $800.00 ! After complaining to several people in the company, ( a pollen problem was the reply or it was not written in the proposal ), they have offered to pressure clean the roof now, so let's see how it looks after that endeavor! The verdict is out, but should have been done right to begin with, as it should be understood, the job should represent the money you paid !

Tadlock would not respond to working things out with us and now trying to sue us after we tried numerous attempts to work with them. Consumer beware of this roofer we strongly do not recommend them based on overcharging us, how they run their business, and very poor treatment of the consumer. Use them at your own risk.

I have a contract with Tadlock for periodic roof cleaning. Each time I want them to clean the roof, I have to send several emails, and then eventually call. Otherwise, they will not reply, or send anyone out to service the roof. Even Dale, the owner, will not reply to emails. It's a huge pain in the backside.



I also tried to get a quote from them for work on our church's roof. Same lack of professionalism. No returned emails. No returned phone calls. I and our church have since scratched them off our respective lists of approved contractors.

I had a re-foofing job completed last summer by Dale Tadlock. This company was referred to me by a co-worker. My feelings are mixed on the experience.1st- At times I wasn't given all details. The wait was long and I started to feel as though i was getting the run around. However, things happen.. so I excused it.2nd- After the roof was completed, noticed debris in the attic. Also, my air conditioner tubing was hanging and a bit mangled. However, didn't sweat that as much as I could have.3rd- About 5 to 6 months after final installation, the roof leaked during the first major storm. The leak spanned over the width of my. I called the company and two days later, two installers came to fix the problem. I was told, the problem was related to the tar they used (at the time) and the lack there-of around my vent. They assured me there shouldn't be anymore problems. With that said,the roof hasn't leaked since then, but I still have the cost of the repair from the leak. My roo
