I got my sprinklers winterized a few months ago and in the process the technician shut the hot water off to upstairs. I called for them to come fix it and they told me to get a plumber, which I did. Now they will not reimburse me for the $140 I had to spend to fix THEIR mistake! On top of that, I received a condescending email stating is was my fault that I called a plumber. I would like them to take cold showers for a week, in cda WINTER, and not call a plumber. DO NOT USE IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU!
